We offer a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your goods. Please send goods with completed returns form within 7 days of receipt, in a resalable condition. If you wish to return sale items you must notify us of this within 7 working days from receipt of your package. Where an email address is provided we will confirm any cancellation or refund by email, you should expect your refund within 10 working days from dispatch of your returned items. Delivery charges will be refunded only where an entire order is returned. This does not affect your rights to claim for defective or faulty goods or workmanship under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) or the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.

In the unfortunate circumstance where an item has arrived faulty or damaged you should contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. When returning an item please ensure a signature is required upon delivery to us.
